This week has been a roller coaster…ALREADY. Anyone that owns their own business can attest that everyday is different, which is amazing, but you have so many players in the game that it’s like you’re playing football with David Beckham but you’re over there just trying to figure out how to tie your shoes. So you improve, stay true to what you know and open your heart and mind to others who can mentor you and teach you some of the things you don’t know. When thinking about my outfits this week, all I needed was comfort and ease. I was bouncing around from job to job and when that happens, simple is always the way to go.

But really you guys, let’s discuss these FLATS. I have large feet for someone of my height, so I’m usually skeptical of super pointed toe flats. But they were so fierce and (kind of but not really) affordable, I couldn’t resist. And, I’m so happy that I did! They’re an instant closet update and make even the most slouchy outfit look chic.

When thinking about pointed toe flats, 2 things are key. The first, they must be comfortable! I can’t stress this enough. They are your feet’s break from heels and should act as such. The second, they should be timeless. Toe shapes roll in and out of fashion so finding a pointed toe (like this one with a slight loafer adaptation) that will stay in style will help you feel good about the investment you made.
