NYC-Part 2

One of my favorite parts about traveling is being able to experience the different street fashion (and food…and shopping…and people…okay fine, I just love to traveling in its entirety). Each city holds a certain vibe and pulsating energy that the fashion plays off of. In Paris, it’s the timeless elegance that has graced both global catwalks and tiny cafes alike. In New York City, it’s the edgy and feminine melting pot of designers and the mixing and matching of 9-5 chic, yet somehow still fun pieces.

As I’m sure you have noticed from my pervious posts, I’m a die hard Rag & Bone denim fan. The pockets always sit perfectly on the tush and I loved the “lived in” denim feel. These patchwork slim boyfriends are a true blue Southern California vibe, however adding a slight (wearable) heel and a silky blouse dressed them up and made the NYC street ready. Throwing on a long trench is a great way to add a little warmth as we step into spring. We’ll be seeing quite a few longer jackets as the months grow warmer, so finding ones with a bit of flare, like leather sleeves or zippers, are a fun way to mix up a classic style.

Happy Friday! xo
